Well get ready for a shocker ya'll, but my teen is what, or rather who, is working for me this week.
It all began Monday night when he made dinner for everyone, Chicken Panini's, Curly Fries and a green salad. It was delicious and I loved that I didn't have to cook.
Then today he passed his driver's permit test. When we got close to our house, I let him drive and it went great. I was very relaxed, it was like he had been driving for years.
So now he will drive me to drink.
Starbucks that is....what did you think I meant?
Head over to Shannon's place and see what's working for everyone else.

Huge Smiles! I so get this....such a transitional phase.
I need to hit Courtney up for some dinner.
And then maybe let her take me for a drive to Starbucks!

Cute post. Hmm... I'm interested in how he made the chicken paninis?
Glad you're enjoying your teen driving. So far 2 out of my 3 are driving. Do I enjoy having my teen chauffer me? Not so much ...

Thank you to everyone for stopping by!
@Jerri - He made the panini's w/french bread, chicken, mayo and cheese on our George Foreman Grill.
Yes, anyone that wants to should join us on a future trip to Starbucks. My son drinks the peppermint mochas and I currently drink iced chai lattes, since it's still 95 degrees here!
@mark S. No my friend, it doesn't get any easier, now that he's driving he's practically married..it all goes too fast.

Ha! you're funny :) My preteen doesn't drive, but with her preteen angst she might drive me to hit the sauce :)

So not looking forward to those days, as my two are very young. However, the drive to Starbucks sounds nice.

I feel for you. My daughter just got her license. I pray every time is goes out driving. I would join you in a drink at Starbucks but my would have to be something without caffeine. I am caffeine sensitive.
